Under the aegis of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', "Photo Talk" in NIT Ghat, Patna, was organized by the Lalit Kala Akademi with Navin Vatsa on 19th March 2023. Shri Vatsa gave some important photography tips and reviewed the pictures of the participants. Photo Officer Abhimanyu Jindal informed the participants about the Mela Moments Photography Contest and aware them about the initiatives taken by the Akademi and Ministry of Culture. Photograohers from Patna and nearby areas participated in the large numbers for the photo talk.
