The Lalit Kala Akademi, Regional Centre, Kolkata, participated in the 29th National Exhibition at Central Park Maidan, Salt Lake, Kolkata, from 20–23 August 2026. The Centre showcased a dedicated Sales & Publication Stall, featuring a selection of Lalit Kala Akademi’s publications, offering visitors an opportunity to explore and engage with the Akademi’s rich literary and artistic resources. A special exhibition on Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram was also presented, showcasing artistic expressions inspired by the timeless legacy, cultural heritage, and enduring values associated with Lord Ram. An invitation lecture on “Indian Culture and Its Value” by Regional Secretary I/c, LKA, RC, Kolkata highlighted the enduring relevance of Indian cultural traditions.
